A traditional agency's 5% pays mostly for its own overheads: the rent on the high-street office, the counter staff, the brand advertising. None of that sells your house. We run on our own platform and hand you the difference — on an average Algarve sale, more than ten thousand euros.

We look at real transactions on your street and the streets beside it, and send you a report with a realistic price range. It is free and commits you to nothing: you neither pay nor sign anything to receive it.
If you decide to go ahead with us, the commission is 2.5%, the agreement can be non-exclusive and nothing is payable until completion.
